Inim Fire Safety Event Stand Design.
Design Concept & Execution:
Our approach was to develop a series of dedicated zones, each tailored to a specific product line and market sector, including Commercial, Residential Sprinklers, INIM Cloud, and a standalone area exclusively for the flagship PREVIDIA ULTRAVOX fire control panel. Each zone featured custom-built display panels that not only housed the products but also offered hands-on interaction opportunities for visitors. These panels were complemented by strategically placed digital screens running high-definition videos that illustrated the products’ capabilities in real-world scenarios.
Complete design went into all details of Inim’s impressive display, including a bespoke floor graphic, for a welcoming and corporate remider of this international brand.
The PREVIDIA ULTRAVOX area was designed as a focal point of the stand, using bold backlighting, immersive graphics, and elevated platforms to draw attention to the system’s unique ability to integrate Fire Detection, Public Address, and Voice Alarm functionalities.
The open layout allowed visitors to freely explore the features and gain a deeper understanding of how each product operates individually and as part of a comprehensive fire safety solution.
Collaboration & Development:
After the stand concept received approval from the client, we worked closely with INIM’s team to refine each demonstration panel, ensuring that they accurately represented the products’ technical specifications and benefits. This collaboration extended to video production, where we developed a series of tailored videos, showcasing the product range’s applicability across various sectors. The content was strategically synchronized with the live demonstrations, creating a seamless visitor experience that captured attention and delivered key product information effectively.
On-Site Support & Event Success:
Our involvement didn’t stop at stand design and production. We were present throughout the event, providing on-site support, coordinating last-minute adjustments, and managing social media postings to keep the online community engaged. Acting as a single point of contact for INIM, ensuring that any issues were promptly addressed and the entire event ran smoothly. This end-to-end support allowed INIM’s team to focus on engaging with visitors and building strong relationships.
