Cooke Rudling advertising campaign brief was to put together a series of ads for multiple use, primarily for magazines, the A4 sized ads needed to convey the services offered for different end users.

expressive design created a strong corporate headline banner for the ads, identifying property owners looking for property management, tenants looking for a commercial property, investors looking to make the best investment in the region and landlords with vacant properties – needing tenants.

Budgets are always a consideration for clients with a need to keep business on track without overspending on marketing, we worked closely with the team to ensure the campaign fitted effectively into their marketing budget.

expressive design had already rebranded Cooke Rudling and launched a new website with a property management system installed to make the site easy for visitors to view properties and make enquiries. The ads are designed to reflect the new logo, brand and web offering, ensuring a corporate look that is coherent throughout.


Cooke Rudling have been established for 31 years and are widely known around Birmingham, Midlands and surrounding areas, with a good reputation and a fair and honest work ethic. Recently relocating to The Mint on Ickneild Street in Birmingham, the new offices reflect a very professional business with an established client base.

The CR logo has become a recognised sight across the region, used on the iconic orange and white ‘To Let’ boards also designed by us.

We have been working with Cooke Rudling for a number of years, providing all online and offline marketing materials as well as web site content management and system training to staff where needed.
